We welcome any comments and suggestions you may have about our Practice.
However occasionally patient’s may feel unhappy regarding aspects of the Practice, and may wish to raise a complaint. If you wish to make a complaint please complete the message box above. The Practice Manager will then contact you, and advise you of our practice complaints procedure.
Please note if you are complaining on behalf of one of our patient’s we will require a signed letter from that person authorising you to act on their behalf. This is to ensure that we have our patient’s permission to discuss the complaint with you and confirm that we do not breach rights of confidentiality.
