|Antenatal Care||Routine antenatal check-ups by the qualified midwife assigned by the health board to the practice.||Wednesday afternoon.|
|Health Visitor Clinic||Practice allocated Health Visitor provides a Child Health drop in clinic for patients of this surgery.||Thursday Morning|
|Vaccinations||Travel vaccinations may be available. Please enquire at Reception.
We run a vaccination campaign for seasonal influenza (‘flu) starting in late September. Please ask at reception for further information.
|Asthma||Regular check-ups and advice from practice nurses on lifestyle, inhaler techniques and medication are available during surgery times.|
|Chronic Disease Management||Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Diabetes, Hypertension, Coronary Heart Disease, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Mental Health, Epilepsy, Thyroid Disease, Stroke and Transient Ischaemic Attacks (TIA).|
|Anticoagulation Monitoring||For patients on Warfarin, or to slowly start Warfarin due to Atrial Fibrillation.||Tuesday afternoon|
|Phlebotomy||Blood tests.||Tuesday afternoon Wednesday morning|
|Contraception||Combined Oral Contraceptive Pill, Progesterone-only pill (mini-pill), Depo-Provera Injections, Nexplanon Subdermal Implant.|
|Minor Surgery||Excision of skin lesions, toenail surgery, joint injections.|
